
Six OH athletes were in attendance today to sign a letter of intent to play a collegiate sport, and a total of 8 sports players are advancing from high school to compete at the college level.
Sofia Arevalo will play soccer at St. Leo University, a DII school.
Davontai Bell will be attending Concordia University, part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics division, to be on the weightlifting team.
Trevor Cisneros will play football at Beloit College, a DIII school.
Isaque Costa will be attending Brewton Parker College, part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics division, to be on the weightlifting team.
Ashley Daniels will be on the softball team at Hillsborough Community College, part of the Jr. College division.
Kendrick Pardieu will also be attending Concordia University to be part of the weightlifting team.
Dylan Trachtenberg will be playing soccer at Suffolk University, a DIII school.
Ricardo Villegas will be on the volleyball team at Reinhardt University, part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics division.
Coaches James Cappello (girls soccer), Sarah Rew (softball), Micah Stucky (weightlifting) and Brian Pulaski (football) recognized the athletes for their dedication and effort. Principal Kelly Burke and Athletic Director Chris Holly were also in attendance to acknowledge this athletically gifted group.
