The season came to end for the Olympic Heights girls soccer team on Wednesday night (January 14) as the Lady Lions fell to the Dwyer Panthers 4-2 in a District 14-4A Championship Tournament semifinal game. Zaida Sanchez and Nicole Greenberg each scored a goal for the Lions in the loss. Despite the loss, the season can be considered nothing less than a success as the girls soccer team closes out the season with a very respectable overall record of 16-8-3.
